SHELTER/OUTREACH/EDUCATION/INDEPENDENT LIVING/AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS The primary purpose of the Sanctuary and Youth Services is to address the immediate needs of youth who have left home without permission of their parents or guardians, and homeless youth in Fresno. Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the EOC Sanctuary Youth Services. All persons interested in volunteering are required to go through our screening process.
