At United Way, we want to advance the health, education, and well-being of everyone in Fresno and Madera Counties. We support the working class in our community through advocacy and outreach work with other vetted community organizations, as well as our programs like:
- 2-1-1. A 24/7 hotline connecting families to non-medical emergency resources.
- Free Tax Preparation, which puts money back into the pockets of local families at no cost to them.
- The Yield. A long-term plan for change in our rural communities.
All of these programs would not be possible without our community and corporate partners, workplace giving partners, and additional donors. Our goal is to create long-lasting change through real solutions to issues the working class encounter every day. We help our community with the help of our community. That’s what it means to Live United.
