Art making in a community setting goes directly to the heart of the matter, allowing service members to create new connections with family members, spouses, dependents, and caregivers. These connections are indicative of the internal connective landscape - social, emotional, or even neuro connections - allowing for new neuro-plastic connections within our own bodies' electrical system.
