Fresno State Football Concessions

We are looking for volunteers to assist with concession stands at the Fresno State Football games for the 2025 season. Ages will vary from 16 years and above, adults will be present for supervision. The dates are: ( As soon as FSU release the times for Sep.9th, 30th, Oct 28th, and Nov. 18th, we will add the sign option) Saturday, August 30th, 2025 @4:00pm -FULL NO MORE SPOTS OPEN Saturday, September 13th, 2025 TBD Saturday, October 4th, 2025 4:30pm-FULL NO MORE SPOTS OPEN Saturday, October 25th, 2025 9:30 am- FULL NO MORE SPOTS OPEN Saturday, November 15th, 2025 TBD Saturday, November 22nd, 2025 @ 4:00pm It requires a 6-8 hour commitment for each game. What type of work will volunteers do? - Volunteers would be responsible for cashiering, prepping concession food items, counting inventory, counting cash, and cleaning the stand at the end of the night. Basically running all elements of the stand. Each stand will have a Pardini's stand manager assigned to your stand to guide the volunteers. You will have two stand leaders. One that can take responsibility for counting the beginning and ending inventory counts, and one as a head cashier to be responsible for handling the cash for the entire stand. What type of training is required? - The stand manager will instruct your volunteers how to operate any equipment and how to prep the food. We will also hold an orientation with all group leaders to go through policies and procedures prior to the first game. Our stand sells hot dogs, popcorn, nachos, pretzles, and drinks, so while the work can be fast paced, it is not very difficult and your stand leader will be there to guide you! What are the uniform requirements? - We will be providing a red FSU polo shirt and should wear black pants or shorts. Closed toe shoes (tennis shoes), no sandals or open toed shoes are allowed. |
