Fresno Philharmonic Link Up Education Concert
Our special Link Up Education Concerts for schools will be on May 21st, 22nd and 23rd at 9:30am and 11am at the Saroyan Theatre. These concerts are for students in the 3rd, 4th and 5th grades. The Link Up program in partnership with the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools brings more than 11,500 elementary students from 130 Fresno County schools to explore orchestral music through a hands-on curriculum using a recorder and their own voice. The lesson culminates in a concert with the Fresno Philharmonic Orchestra.
Volunteers are needed to help direct teachers and students from their bus to the theater. Dress comfortably and come help us make sure the kids have an amazing and memorable experience playing with the Fresno Philharmonic!
