Clerical-Office Assistant - Volunteer
Looking to advance your office skills or need to learn new skills while serving your community? As an administrative clerical office assistant volunteer you will be stationed in corporate admnistrative office working in one of several workstations. You will assist the Executive staff with basic office duties. We would like those with basic or intermediate office skills, experience with Google Sheets/Docs, data entry, Microsoft Office skills,(Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher), filing, copying, printing, mailing, making labels, etc. If you have no office skills that is ok, we will train you. We are very experienced in helping those with little skills, become skilled office workers with our patient methods of training.

Whether you have experience or if you just need to learn new skills and would like to assist our organization, please contact us to schedule a 2-hour orientation interview. Orientations are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 am and lasts until 12pm. Adult applicants will also be required to undergo fingerprints the same day (off-site) which is a $30 fee.(Minors will not have to undergo a background check).
