Election Warehouse Volunteer

Election warehouse volunteers will report to and receive assignments from a Fresno County Elections Staff Supervisor. Volunteers will be on call and may go home early, depending on the number of ballots received. Duties may include: • Remove and unfold ballots after they have been processed and opened by the Elections Department automated equipment. Volunteers are expected: • Be interviewed by the volunteer coordinator • Agree to work specific hours and locations • Present themselves in professional manner at all times • Wear a mask at all times to prevent the spread of Covid-19 • Check-in upon arrival with your assigned supervisor • Wear a name badge while on duty • If a volunteer cannot work their scheduled time, they must immediately contact the coordinator in advance to allow for rescheduling or replacement *A questionnaire will be emailed prior to volunteering Days and Times Needed: Three days immediately following the election.
