Food Distribution Assistance
Centro La Familia Advocacy is looking for volunteer support for our weekly drive-thru food distributions that aims to serve 400 families.
Volunteer tasks include food sorting and packaging, loading boxes into cars, and helping with intake of cars and walk-ups. Volunteers will be required to follow COVID-19 safety protocols, including wearing the appropriate PPE, remaining socially distant from families, and answering the symptom screening questions.
This event will be held every Saturday from 9am to 1pm. Lunch will be provided at each event. We'd appreciate if you could sign up by the Monday before the event, but we also welcome last-minute signups!
