Front Desk Attendant
Are you looking for a front desk volunteer opportunity? Well look no further, HandsOn Central California is looking for volunteers for the front desk. We are looking for someone who is motivated and greets clients in a friendly and professional manner. Job duties include: operating a multi-line phone, maintaining call records, providing basic information about the organization and directing clients to the appropriate department.
2 Shifts Available:
Monday: 8AM-NOON; NOON-4PM
Tuesday: 8AM-NOON; NOON-4PM
Wednesday: 8AM-NOON; NOON-4PM
Thursday: 8AM-NOON; NOON-4PM
Friday: 8AM-NOON; NOON-3PM

Staff Support and Communication:
Front Desk Volunteers have access to ongoing staff support and resources throughout their volunteer term. Staff are available to problem-solve and share ideas around any challenges they may experience, as well as to make connections to program and services beyond HandsOn. Staff will meet with volunteers on a minimum regular basis. Information about sharing about opportunities, volunteer workshops and events are also available.
