Homeless Housing and Service Needs Assessment - Volunteer job Description: The Fresno Madera Continuum of Care (FMCoC) is conducting a 2016 Point-in-Time (PIT) count to identify the housing and service needs of the sheltered and unsheltered homeless population in our community. This three-day effort will assist in the national goal of ending chronic and Veteran homelessness by 2016. Volunteers will canvas Fresno and Madera streets to count and survey the county’s most vulnerable homeless individuals and families. Dates: Tuesday January 26, 2016 at 5:00 AM PST -to- Thursday January 28, 2016 at 5:00 PM PST
