State of Downtown
The State of Downtown event is an annual presentation of what has happened and what will be coming up for downtown Fresno. (Projects, new businesses, accomplishments, etc.) The first hour of the event is a happy hour with local downtown restaurants and drinks for the public, city officials, and downtown businesses to enjoy. This is a ticketed event ($30) in which we open up to the public as well. The event kicks off at 4:30pm, ending at about 7 - 7:30pm. All volunteers must report in business casual attire at 3:30pm that way they can receive direction and be assigned to what their duties will be. This year the Downtown Fresno Partnership will be using the Warnors Center for the Performing Arts, located on Fulton St. and Tuolumne. (1400 Fulton St. Fresno, CA 93721) All volunteers will need to report to the front of the theatre where a staff member will be stationed. Volunteer Positions include; Ticket Takers Will Call/Check-in Ushers/Greeters/Floaters Concessions/Merchandise
