2-1-1 Community Callers
Role:
The Community Caller will directly increase the capacity and community outreach of 2-1-1
Responsibilities include:
The Community Callers will collect information from organizations and will be asked to:
· Contact non-profit organizations in the
· Update agency profiles
· Build rapport with agency representatives
· Be organized.
· Communicate well with others both orally and in writing.
Required Qualifications:
- Have a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Ability to communicate well with others
- Natural ability to be organized
- Desire to make an impact in the county.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Time Commitment:
The Community Callers will commit to 15hrs of work. The work will take place over the course of 2 weeks. It will be divided into training (6) Working (9).
