Senior Care Coordinator
This position is located in Visalia CA. Thank you for your interest in applying to become our organization's Senior Care Coordinator! You will play an integral part in providing a generation of people the ability to care for themselves and ultimately change the community! Please note that this is an unpaid, volunteer position. The Senior Care Coordinator is responsible to develop, coordinate and implement programs and services for seniors; to provide resources that maintain each senior’s highest level of physical, social and psychological well-being. Provide access to necessary and appropriately integrated information and tools to facilitate efficient services and support. In addition, the coordinator develops and maintains a thorough understanding of senior services, in order to facilitate questions, streamline referral processes and improve overall satisfaction levels of clients, in helping them overcome challenges related to their situation. • Knowledge and skill in management/administration, which includes supervision, consultation, negotiation, and monitoring. • Ability to organize work, set priorities, meets multiple deadlines, and evaluate assigned program area(s). • Outstanding customer service skills and ability to adapt approach to various personalities • Ability to extrapolate information from a variety of sources If you think you qualify for the position, we really would love for you to apply!
