Publicity Coordinator
Thank you for your interest in applying to become our organization's PR and Publicity Coordinator! This position is located in Visalia CA. You will play an integral part in inspiring a generation of people to take action in support of the causes they are most passionate about and ultimately change the community! Please note that this is an unpaid, volunteer position. We are looking for an enthusiastic person: - Good public relation/people skills - Capable of completing a task on time in an organized fashion - Willing to volunteer their time whenever possible to aid the organization's activities - Can attend pre-scheduled meetings either in-person or via teleconferencing call - Can maintain contact with the rest of the management team (via email, social media, etc.) - Positive, enthusiastic, and comfortable public speakers - Superior verbal/written communication skills with the ability to articulate in a clear, concise manner - Good media skills (i.e. can use Microsoft Office effectively) - Preferably reside in Tulare/Kings Counties - Past volunteer experience with a non-profit organization/charity If you think you qualify for the position, we really would love for you to apply!
